Lake Travis Honor Guard

The Lake Travis Honor Guard is an eight member team established in 2015. Teamwork and uniformity is of major importance to the success of the Lake Travis Honor Guard.

The goal of the Lake Travis Honor Guard is to represent all members of the fire department and the community in the highest degree of professionalism, dedication, loyalty, honor and dignity. We strive to honor firefighters in life, as well as death past and present.

The Lake Travis Honor Guard participates in many types of events. The Honor Guard performs colors detail at civic events as requested and they also perform colors detail at many fire department events such as dedications, promotional and awards ceremonies. The Honor Guard plans, organizes, and performs at funeral and memorial services for department members and assists other local and state agencies with funeral and memorial services when requested.
